Yes, and it should be at least two years of service and focus on reforming those who are starting to build a criminal record by letting them serve and focus on education and skill development in addition to military training, they should also do 8 months of public works and community service and 6 months of emergency response training such as self, property and civilian-defense, crisis-intervention, suicide-prevention, CPR, fire hose, blanket and extinguisher usage, citizen's arrest, AED Training, Lifeguard Skills, Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, chest compressions, the Heimlich maneuver, first aid, sign language, survival, gas mask usage, how to spot planes, uniforms and enemy equipment etc., carrying a stretcher, what to do during an air raid, missile attack, or naval or land bombardment, CBRN safety and emergency and disaster relief.
