How do you feel when you hear languages you don't understand, and why do you think you feel that way?

It is nice to have internationalit and multi-cultural acceptance. When foreigners are able to communicate with foreigners in their domestic language this is a sign of integration and attractiveness of my country to be the destination of immigration and a general indicator for prosperity.

I feel like I wanna know what they are talking because I like learning new languages, but people should act like they are talking the native language of the country, not insulting anyone just because they are protected by their foreign language, an offense is still an offense in any language.
